She inspires everyone on her team to accomplish their very best work and you, as the home owner, are the direct beneficiary.
 
We were able to depart for our new city, leaving our home sale completely under her care. She kept us constantly informed every step of the way, yet she was the one doing all the work. She gracefully managed the opening, charming the crowd of potential buyers, and generating a great deal of interest in our house. Within a week we had multiple offers well over the asking price. She skillfully negotiated a wonderful deal for us. We are coming away far richer and far faster than we might have done under the care of a lesser agent.

We wanted to recognize the extraordinary job J.C. did. We feel very fortunate to have found an agent who truly went "above and beyond" in all facets of the process.

... we definitely had the feeling J.C. was working around the clock for us. There were multiple points during the process when I would have a phone conversation with J.C. late at night, and then she would call again first thing in the morning to report progress on the steps we had discussed the night before!

We also felt from early on that J.C. had our best interest at heart. We had an (unreasonable!) requirement that we stay within our very specific neighborhood, and at one point when this was feeling particularly intractable, I remember having a lengthy and detailed discussion with her about possibly adding on to our then-current home, even though J.C. stood to gain nothing financially if we had made such a choice.

It was the preparation and sale of our old home where J.C. really shined. We needed to do a fair amount of maintenance work to get our house on the market and because Thanksgiving and the winter holiday period were approaching, we needed to complete this work as soon as possible. At this point J.C. essentially acted as a general contractor, coordinating interior and exterior painting, landscaping, cleanup, inspections, and staging that completely transformed our home in an astonishingly short 10 days.

J.C. invested an enormous amount of her own time and energy making sure everything was perfect. My route to work takes me past our old home and there were quite a number of mornings where I would find her at the house, testing paint colors, adjusting details, and managing contractors.

Within days after listing, we had multiple offers, and we sold our house (in a challenging market) for full price. I would not have imagined that this outcome was possible in such a short time, and I'm convinced it was only possible because of J.C.'s incredible efforts on our behalf.

Of course, we'll be recommending J.C. to anyone we know looking to buy or sell a house.

I could not have asked for a more professional, creative, knowledgeable, hard-working realtor. Because I was not in the area, J.C. made suggestions of necessary work and repairs to the property. She also shouldered finding appropriate handymen, plumbers, electricians and painters. She recommended that I stage the property, which I now realize was a key component in how quickly it sold. She handled all scheduling and appointments to accomplish a myriad of tasks on site.

I received six full price - or greater - offers within three days of the initial open house. Again J.C. demonstrated great professionalism as she handled competing buyers and frustrated realtors. She offered excellent counsel on how to proceed to negotiate the highest final contract. She knowledgeably guided me through the entire process, start to finish.

I cannot emphasize enough how important her initiative and work ethic were to me. She was a sales woman, not an order taker. She was constantly thinking of my best interests and made thoughtful recommendations. Additionally, she is a great communicator and kept me informed of events as they transpired. She developed a great rapport with both me and my staff throughout the process.

I felt it was important to recognize J.C.'s efforts and professionalism during a difficult economic downturn for real estate. She is a remarkable asset to the Coldwell Banker team and should be recognized for her efforts.

Simply put, JC was terrific. She quickly understood our interests, needs, and limitations. She never wasted our time. She showed us many houses - but never one that was not worth considering. Although we were not easy people to work with - demanding, impatient and opinionated - JC was always a pleasure.
